Keflavik International Airport is located approx. 30 miles (50 km) from Reykjavík, with an average journey of 45 minutes. In order to get to the capital, we drive through lava fields, moss-covered earth, and, a few small towns.

Airport Direct was founded in 2016. Our main goal is to operate the route between Reykjavík and Keflavík International Airport in an efficient and friendly way. We offer four different methods of getting to and from the airport, the choice is yours and depends on how you like to travel.

We have a service desk at the arrival hall at Keflavík International Airport where we will happily assist you in booking your transfer, or should you have any questions. Next to our service desk, we also have self-service kiosks where you can book your transfer in a quick and efficient manner. Our buses are situated right outside the arrival hall, making our service extremely convenient.

Airport Direct offers an additional service called Destination Blue Lagoon, designed specifically for tourists who want to visit the iconic Blue Lagoon in Iceland. This service provides transportation from Keflavik Airport and Reykjavik City Center to the Blue Lagoon and back. The service is incredibly convenient for tourists who want to make the most out of their trip to Iceland by visiting the Blue Lagoon, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the country. The buses are comfortable and equipped with Wi-Fi, making the journey to the Blue Lagoon even more enjoyable.
